Recently, the Xizhu Subdistrict Office of Wuhua District, Kunming City received help from residents in the area, saying that stray dogs had been wandering in the Yangsiqing residential area of ​​Taoyuan Community for a long time, biting the sheep kept by the villagers, and then escaped.

In order to ensure the personal safety and property safety of the people, after receiving the request for help, the Xizhu Street Office took advantage of the grid management and promptly arranged members of the Xizhu Street Comprehensive Law Enforcement Squadron to cooperate with staff from the Sharon Police Station and Taoyuan Community to rush to the scene of the incident to arrest stray dogs.

In this arrest operation, a total of 15 law enforcement officers and 3 law enforcement vehicles were dispatched. A concentrated search was carried out in the area where the incident occurred and the surrounding mountainous and forested areas, and dog nets, iron cages and other tools were used to capture unleashed domestic dogs and stray dogs in exile.

In order to protect the health and personal safety of residents, effectively maintain the city environment and social order, and avoid the occurrence of stray dogs injuring people, disturbing people, disputes, and disturbing cars to the greatest extent, the Xizhu Street Comprehensive Law Enforcement Squadron will further increase the special rectification work of stray dogs and unowned dogs, strengthen the inspection and supervision of the jurisdiction, and eliminate dog infestations.
