According to the "Sun" report, Arsenal is brewing a number of revenue-increasing plans, including a new stadium catering contract that is expected to increase the club's revenue by at least 500,000 pounds on each match day.

It is understood that Arsenal’s current catering contract with Delaware Northern will expire next summer. This 20-year contract was signed in 2006 when the club was strapped for funds due to the construction of a new stadium. Arsenal had even tried to buy out the contract before. Currently, four companies, including Delaware Northern, are bidding for the new contract, and the flexible structure of the new contract is expected to bring greater profits to the club.

In terms of stadium expansion, although fans hope to increase the capacity to more than 70,000, the high cost and the reality of needing to move away from the home stadium for two years make it difficult to achieve. A more feasible option would be to follow the "Wembley Club" model and transform the existing executive boxes into a more open hospitality area.

The move is expected to add nearly 2,000 seats at a cost of approximately £100 million, far less than the more than £500 million required for a full expansion, and the team does not need to move from their home stadium.
